
I've been experimenting with nachos for an article I'm writing:

I love these because they're quick and super easy: spread chips on a plate, top with diced jalapenos and sliced olives, both canned, about 1/4 cup salsa and cheese, cover and microwave for approximately one minute or until cheese is melted. Nachos invite all kinds of creativity, since you can top them with pretty much anything your heart desires. Bon appetit!
