Cooking-wise, this week was distinctive because it was the start of grilling season, and also because I made what is perhaps the best dish I've ever made, Prawns Bengal:



The recipe came from "The Thatched Kitchen Harvest and Holiday Cookbook," along with the recipe for Celestial Soup, which I also made and was also amazing, and was both easy and terrific! The shrimp was incredibly expensive (no coupons this week), but worth every penny. I love to cook, but this time I was honestly able to say that I don't think I could have gotten a better meal in ANY restaurant. That makes me proud.
