I cooked a lot this week, including two new recipes which turned out great, but neglected to take pix of any of it, so here is a gratuitous food shot from Yobo, in Newburgh, New York:



This shot features mussels and Crab Rangoon. We'd never been there before, but they have a great menu of all types of Asian cuisine, reminiscent of Kowloon, in Saugus, Massachusetts, although much smaller. I made Tuscan Rosemary Chicken and Red Pepper and Broccoli Risotto, both of which came out really well and which I'll make again, although I could do without all of the stirring involved in the risotto! I'm hoping to do some baking this week, but I'll be really busy, so we'll see...
