Here's a new recipe, which will be featured in this week's "Velveteen Lounge Kitsch-en," Tuna Balls:



This recipe was created based on the cheapness of the ingredients (ramen noodles and tuna being the main ones) and I fully expected the final result to be vile. Imagine my surprise that the balls were really good! REALLY good. Good enough to make again! Even better, they're fast and easy and require only a few kitchen staples to assemble. I'll present the full recipe in the episode, so stay tuned!
