
Here are a couple of new happy hour recipes I tried this week, courtesy of Betty Crocker:

The dip is ginger-peanut and employs fresh ginger, garlic and green onions, so it was very tasty, as well as easy to prepare. I served it with veggies and these oven fried chicken chunks, which were also easy--shaken with biscuit mix, crushed corn flakes and spices and baked. The most labor intensive part was cutting the chicken into chunks, so I'll call both of these recipes winners!
