
I'm very proud of this pie, which will definitely be featured here at the Lounge this coming Thanksgiving:

That is homemade chocolate pudding under that meringue and I can verify that it was (it's all gone now) very tasty! I admit to buying the rolled crust at the store, but the rest is all my handiwork and I must say I did a good job. Pudding isn't difficult to make from scratch, just as long as you have a good quality cornstarch, and it's definitely worth it when you get to eat the results!
