I've featured nuts here before, but this is, for my money, the easiest nut mix with the biggest bang for your buck ever, Tropical Nut Mix:



I wanted to take something to share to a gathering recently at the last minute, so I came up with this and I'm pretty proud of it. All you do is take a can of mixed nuts (salted) and toss them with a package of dried pineapple and a handful of shredded coconut. It tastes great, has plenty of "tropical" appeal and takes about 30 seconds to prepare. In other words, my kind of snack!
