
I make a lot of deviled eggs for happy hour, but I've done curry a lot lately and wanted something different, so I went for a taco-inspired spice mix:

I say "taco" because they had chili powder, cayenne pepper and cumin, as well as some Tabasco sauce. They didn't actually taste like tacos, but they had a nice kick that we enjoyed. I'll be making those again.
