More snow day baking. This time the cupcakes have coffee frosting:



The chocolate cupcakes are the same recipe as the ones I made last week, but I wanted to try something different for the frosting, so I added coffee. I'm pleased to report they're yummy and still super easy. Perfect for a dreary January day.
