Happy hour at the Lounge this week featured little pumpkin bread balls and quiche, which I'm very proud of, since it was REALLY good and the recipe is 100% my own!

I had a bunch of eggs at my disposal and didn't feel like grocery shopping, so I decided to try a sort of crustless quiche and I hit a home run, if I do say so myself! I beat six eggs with just under a cup of sour cream, added a couple of handfuls of parmesan cheese, spices, some chopped onion and garlic and baked it in a greased pie plate at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Really easy and really good!
