Between Thanksgiving and our party I've been cooking a lot lately. Here is the highlight among highlights, the edible tiki bar!



I'd wanted to do a gingerbread tiki hut for years, but as usual ran out of time before our party. A bar didn't seem too daunting and it turned out I was right. The ingredients include Pirouline wafers, graham crackers, a shredded wheat biscuit and it's all glued together with frosting. The sand is graham cracker crumbs. It's fun to play with your food!
