
Happy hour, featuring food experiments for an article I was working on:

The article is done and turned in, but some of this food remains, because I made tons! Turkey kielbasa, sweet potato puffs and spinach pie are pictured here. I also made turkey, an avocado spread, and rum balls, so it's been very festive around here, food-wise!
