
I made lots of fun stuff last week, including a chicken in wine sauce with peppers, onions and garlic, mashed sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts for our anniversary, as well as Chicken Hawaiian from a new 1971 cookbook. Featured here is the SPAM dip I made for happy hour:

It's a state fair winning recipe from my SPAM cookbook, although the competition can't have been too tough, since all it has is SPAM, onion, a jalapeno pepper and mayo. It is undeniably yummy, though, and super quick to throw together!
