
You may notice a chocolate theme this week. I've been working on a currently secret project, which has involved much chocolate experimentation, including this pie:

I'm pleased to say this pie came out REALLY well and involves (homemade) pudding, so no oven necessary if you use a pre-made crust, although I made one from coconut, which involved a quick trip through the oven. We still have a lot, so drop on by and help us through it!
