
This was a week with lots of new recipes, including Italian Sausage and Pepper Stew, Black Bean and Sweet Potato Chili and this Coconut Shrimp:

I'm pleased to say all of the dishes came out really well! The chili was a slow cooker recipe, so I was able to bust out my fancy crock pot, which was fun. The shrimp are super yummy (we have lots left) which is good, because they were labor intensive, with all the pre-cooking dipping and dunking. Come on over and have some!
