It's SPAM! It's pate! It's SPATE!



I'd made a meatloaf of SPAM as a dress rehearsal for this week's episode of "Velveteen Lounge Kitsch-en" and was looking for ways to get rid of it, since I had make ANOTHER for the actual shooting day. Microwaving it for one minute, then mashing, created a lovely pate, just right for spreading on crackers for happy hour. SPAM lends itself to limitless options, from sushi to pizza to pate. It's like an art medium!
