
Between cranking out one new episode of "Velveteen Lounge Kitsch-en," writing another to shoot next weekend, sewing multiple garments and prepping our tent for Ohana, it was another week of minimal cooking and shopping. Luckily there was stuff in the fridge I could turn into a decent Friday night happy hour!

The stuffed eggs had curry and other spices, the dip was "Cajun" and the mini-quesadillas had chicken left over from the night before, topped with cheese and salsa. It all turned out great! You'd never know I was scrambling to pull it together.
