Everyone is so afraid of fruitcakes, that holiday staple from way back when. I wonder how they'd feel about fruitcake in cookie form?



Even the easiest fruitcakes take lots of steps to actually bake, and to what end when folks are afraid to go near them? These cookies, however, use the candied fruit, raisins and nuts, but are no more complicated to bake than chocolate chip cookies, take just minutes and taste good! They may just change a few peoples' minds about fruitcake!
