
More magic with Jiffy for Friday's happy hour! I give you Zucchini Puffs!

I have made this recipe at least a dozen different ways, and each way has yielded a different, yummy appetizer. This time I combined the basic recipe (one part milk to three parts Jiffy mix) with chopped zucchini and onion and spices (basil, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper) and baked in a 425 degree oven for 10 minutes. We dipped them in salsa and they went great with our deviled eggs and applejack sours!
